Quality Systems
At the cornerstone of Paramount's success in its operations is their Quality Management System. Within such a system, the organization has evolved into a proactive one with the foresight to deal with the turbulent market conditions, all of which are guided by policies, processes and procedures. In keeping with this effort, the system integrates the internal processes within the organization through a systemic approach, all of which is geared towards achieving the strategic objectives and maintaining the core rigidity of the organization. This in turn allows Paramount to be an organization that is characterized as constantly improving its processes with the aim of being the best at what we do.
Currently we are in the process of formalizing our quality management system to obtain ISO 9001-2000 certification. Such an initiative will highlight to our clientele the commitment of Paramount in maintaining a superior service that is deemed to be consistent, reliable and affordable.
